The the peace and space of the apartment.

That I had to use a 2 pin plug for a hairdryer in another apartment.004. Also the washing machine was not working we had to use another apartment washing machine which was not comfortable for me as a guest .

The pros and cons

The only thing I genuinely liked was the security guard, ABONGILE SONJANI, who was extremely helpful and professional. I also appreciated the facilities available for use and how secure the building was.

What I didn’t like was Mafadi Air’s communication and overall handling of customer concerns. They require a R2000 deposit and state that refunds take 7–10 working days, yet there seems to be ongoing issues with deposits not being returned promptly. The apartment itself also had cockroaches and stains on the bedding. When I requested a change of bedding, I received no response or assistance, which was very disappointing.
