The property was clean, comfortable and well-maintained.It had a homely feel.The location was convenient, with shops, the beach and activities nearby.It was suitable for a family stay, especially with children. Enjoyed having a space where you could relax and feel at home.

The TV wasn’t mounted, and there were quite a few fragile ornaments around the property, which was a concern with children.

It was just terrible

The location is great it's next to a lot of the activities we had booked, there is a spa downstairs with lovely staff

1. Please read carefully before booking, they charge a R2000 security deposit and if you don't pay it you won't have access to the building and they will not refund you and you risk being stranded in durban with no place to sleep 2. This is not a place you book for you and your friends to have fun in the apartment, you can't play music or even speak loudly inside or you risk being kicked out 3. The building RAN OUT OF WATER. There was no water from the evening when we arrived until we woke up in the morning. We had to get water from the pool. When I spoke to the hosts I was asked about a Virgin active membership so I can shower there? 4. A random puddle of water on our front door that no one ever helped us clean so it meant every time you leave your room you step into this puddle of water with your shoes 5.Overall just awful, the hosts never have solutions just professional language that makes let's you know they will take your money and not help you with anything
