Dois quartos, dois banheiros, máquina de lavar e secar roupas a disposição.
Box do banheiro apresentava algum resquícios , pessoas que caminhavam no piso superior eram facilmente ouvidas bem como o piso do apartamento (304) vibrava quando nos deslocávamos , sendo suficiente para nos acordar. Colchões aparentemente muito usados, com tendência a uma depressão no centro. Falta de utensílios para realizarmos uma limpeza periódica haja vista que ficamos 10 diárias. Apesar disso pagamos US $75,00 para late check out de 3 horas. Check in muito tarde (16:00h), check out muito cedo (10:00).

Das Apartment ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, die Betten sind komfortabel und die Küche gut ausgestattet.
Einziges Manko dieser Unterkunft ist der Schimmelbefall rund um die Auslässe der Klimaanlage, in den Schlafräumen nur gering, im Wohnzimmer jedoch sehr störend. Das wertet für uns diese sonst sehr schöne Anlage etwas ab, da dies behoben gehört. Für diejenigen, die das nicht stört, ist es eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft.
