The location was excellent. It is very close to Pub street and all basic stores were close by. The staff were friendly and always had a smile for us. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

TOP HOTEL!!! All the staff are amazing: hospitable, professional, punctual, you name it. The place itself is very comfortable, with a huge bed, a great atmosphere, and everything you need for a really pleasant stay in Siem Reap.
A special mention goes to the owner, Artur, who really cares about his guests and is there for you even in the middle of the night if needed. He also has tons of useful tips about Siem Reap and, well, pretty much the whole of Southeast Asia, having spent decades in this part of the world.
Overall, it is just one of those places where you feel very well looked after from the moment you arrive. Comfortable, friendly, relaxed, and run by people who actually care. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was clean, had everything we needed and was walking distance to lots of places to eat and drink and to Pub Street and river area.
The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Was able to book tours and be picked up from the hotel.

I was not given a room in the hotel as booked and paid for, but in an annex, some 80 meters away from the hotel, on a sidewalk that turns muddy after rain. In this annex, obviously, there's no pool, no restaurant, no common area, no security. I was given a very basic room on the third floor (no elevator), with no chairs and no work desk as advertised. I felt like tucked away at the end of the world. Overall quite disappointing (but, at least, at a pretty competitive price...).
