Great hotel and location close to pub street but away from the noise. Pool areas are beautiful and staff very friendly.
The breakfast could have been better. It was fine but a wider buffet selection and better coffee would have improved it.

Modern, clean, great location yet still quiet, not too big, excellent staff, on site cafe, great pools.
I think the laundry service needs to be improved to match the quality of the hotel. Clothes should be pressed and hung (as requested) not returned folded and un-ironed in a bag. That’s the service expected from the $1 per kg street based laundry.

Stayed in the Sambok Deluxe Plus Room. The room was clean, very spacious and beds were comfortable. The location was central to all main attractions and the main local nightlife “Pub Street” within walking distance.

What an incredible hotel. The manager and all staff we met were so friendly, helpful, kind. Spacious luxurious bedroom with large bedroom and bathroom. Fab swimming pool that got the sun all day. Good poolside food. Spa Massage was fantastic. We were given a tasty pack up breakfast for an early morning visit to Angkor Wat. Cant rate the hotel highly enough. Book it !!
