the staff was excellent and gave us a full refund. very commendable they helped us out and understood.

the property itself was ok. however moved to another hotel due to rooster next door crowing at all times of night and day as what was meant to be our quiet time of a holiday, wasn’t!

Loved it !

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Spa was excellent also. We loved the pool.

Convenient location on Siem Reap

Great rooms, good location close to city center, nice staff

There was some noise from the bar opposite the hotel since we had rooms in the front but it was not a major problem

Nice place to rest from trekking through temples

The Riversoul was the perfect get away location for our stay in Cambodia. It was close to Angkor Complex, which is why we were visiting the area. We are a family of 5, so we got two rooms to accommodate all of us, and the rooms were plenty spacious and clean. They each had a balcony area that overlooked the pool in the middle of the courtyard. The staff were helpful and nice. The pool was nice to dip in and relax a bit to take the heat off, but we were there in the summer, so we liked the air conditioned rooms to relax in when we were not trekking and walking around. The breakfast (not included) had a nice variety of items to choose from - noodle soup, eggs benedict and continental breakfasts. They did not serve lunch or dinner, but there are many places to eat within walking distance and there was also a motorbike taxi outside waiting to take you somewhere. We did a tour to Angkor Complex through the hotel as well and we enjoyed our guide, Siip. Everything was very clean and well kept too which was nice.

My friend got a massage and the room's air conditioning was broken. It was not as pleasant as it would have been. Perhaps they could have used a different room?

Excellent! 100% recommend.

Great facilities and awesome staff! the location was also super convenient. I also got a massage with the hotel spa which was awesome and at a very good price. I would 100% come to this hotel again.

Nice stay but need better aircon

The hotel overall is nice. Good value for the price. I was there for work so didn't use the pool. Staff very nice and helpful.

The aircon need to be cleaned and serviced, they do not work well, especially in the middle of hot season. Also, the wifi is not super strong, would not recommend working from this hotel. Plus there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Loved it

We booked a family suite. It consisted of two very large rooms. The room functioned well, except a few minor glitches (the AC control did not work; the elevator was out of service 80% of the time). The shower pressure was good; hot water was plenty for nice baths (and the bathtub was gorgeous). It seems it was built recently. The walls, around the water, and furniture were very clean. The staff was nice and kind, although they could be a little bit slow when you want something specific. Walking distance to fantastic cafes, restaurants, and super markets.

Good location for good value. clean safe and friendly.

This boutique hotel was a 10 min walk from the main area for evening attractions which suited us well. Pub Street was very noisy all night so great to be away from it. the pool was well used by us after humid day tours. very safe neighbourhood. I will recommend to family and friends.

The staff are very very polite and do anything for you, The staff are very smarty dressed also, I got printed documents sent to my room free of charge,

The Breakfast could have been better, had to ask 3 times for plain Omelette and 5 times for toast, ended up getting white bread and toast the bread myself, the Croissants was very stale, just a very bad breakdown in communication. Had to ask for Salt and paper as it was not on table, be aware their is pubs around and some people try and sign karaoke , normally finishes around 1130-12pm some louder than others.

Superb

The staff is super friendly and helpful, specially David. He went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and helped out with all my questions with regards to Siem Reap and booking my tuk tuk tour of Angkor. Overall a great little hotel, super clean, very well located and I had an excellent stay.

Wish someone from KFC comes for that rooster next door :)

Good for its purpose but probably wouldn’t rush to stay again

Lobby was nice and the room was large

It was so loud all the time with speakers blaring. We couldn’t sleep. Additionally, no one cleaned our room in the 3 days that were there

Great small hotel

This is a great small Hotel, In a great locations. The staff us extremely helpful and the Retained Tuktuk Diver Mr. Boss. His knowledge of the local area was wonderful The pool is great and the sunbed comfy I would definitely visit again!

Only downside: The onsite restaurant is closed and did not serve Breakfast. The description did not make that clear

lovely staff and a great room for the price

I was given a family suite for a very reasonable price. the staff were incredibly polite and the pool was great.

the bar and restaurant were not yet open but I think that was due to the hotel only recently re opening. I asked for a wake up call in the morning that never happened.

Very good

spacious, clean, hot water and bath works magical to cure your legs (30km walk does make your leg want to quit your body). staff is very helpful arranging special events and transport for me, the tuktuk driver who took me around Angkor wat was just the sweetest thing.

wifi was quite bad in the room. the signal didn’t reach far back into the bathroom and bedroom area. so if I wanted to connect to the internet I had to sit outside or in the living room area. also, too bad the restaurant was closed but the staff did kindly help me order food from foodpanda.

Great little hotel with a nice location, friendly and very helpful staff, a nice pool, good balconies and plenty of amenities nearby.

The TV wasn't working due to some service interruption or other. Fixable. Wasn't there to watch TV anyway.

They tried to help me at every point, but I would not stay there again until they fixed things.

Staff was very young but they tried so hard to meet my needs. Very friendly and warm hearted.

No TV cable service thus no picture. No eating or drinking establishment in hotel or on the block. Taxi service very slow in responding.
