Nice garden-like setting.
And of course appreciated the the pet-friendly environment.
Breakfast was also very good.
Bathroom should have door, not only because of privacy, but also it would keep the AC more effective, now the AC cools the bathroom, which is totally unnecessary.
Lights, very poorly lit, both in room and outside in public areas, especially pathways.
Minifridge missing and in-room safe too small for laptop.

The hosts were the nicest people and gave us so much information about Siem Reap that made our short stay so much better.

We had the room with the private pool and outdoor sitting area, which was wonderful. The room was a bedroom and a separate sitting room, both were very large, and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but very good, the outdoor restaurant tables were in a lovely garden, and the whole place is quite magical. It is a very small, family run hotel, with really nice staff. I don't want to imply that it is fancy, because it is not, but it is really special and relaxing.
The room was clean but is a little older, so could probably use a tiny bit of a touch up.
