Rooms were spacious, pool was fantastic to cool down in the heat and quite picturesque, staff were friendly and accommodating. We had the place to ourselves due to low tourist season, short 5 to 10 minute walk to markets, restaurants and Pub Street and a mini-mart and 7-Eleven across the road was very convenient. A few minutes Tuk Tuk ride (USD2) to multiple tourist attractions. Comfortable beds.
Small step between bedroom and lounge area in spa suite was a bit of a hazard (stubbed my foot about three times in the dark), would be better if it was changed to a short ramp.
Toilet paper was replaced infrequently.

Quiet. No group. There are convenience stores ,cozy cafes and
Local cafe around the hotel.
WiFi and power supply were incomplete.
