Everything! we felt extremely welcome in every way. The best hotel we've had in ages. Nice rooms and bath, lovely pool. but the staff were exceptional and made the stay extra enjoyable. They were proactive, helpful. And use their services as they know the people and only hire others who are as guest oriented as themselves. For a reasonable price. An 11 would have been better than a 10.

The pool was wonderful and in the shade in the afternoon. Food was good and staff were really helpful.

Appropriately named it was bliss. Exceptionally quiet for a city hotel, staff and owner extremely helpful and polite. Meals first class and at a good price. Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. I recommend you stay at this hotel whenever you are visiting Siem Reap. 1 last after thought, The tuc tuc drivers are controlled by the hotel, so you will not be ripped off.

The entire stay was excellent from the staff, food, location, services, cleanliness, did I mention staff? We were greeted every time we returned to the hotel with ice cold wash cloths and cold tea. If it was raining, we were greeted with large umbrellas. The guide, tuk-tuk driver, taxi pick up for airport, all, were excellent. The recommendations as to what to do and when were welcomed information. We highly recommend this place. I can't say enough good things about it.

Absolutely nothing.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel was in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the city centre and pub street. They also helped us with our two day trip to Angkor wat and we had a great guide (mr. Nak). I highly recommend this hotel.

Elegant decor, clean, modern, well maintained, beautiful pool, nice lounge chairs with towels at the ready, outstanding chef - the food here was excellent, much better than ever expected for a small boutique hotel, staff super friendly and attentive, spacious room with pool access

The beautiful stone tub was not able to be used for a proper soak - only hot water enough to fill 1/4 way unfortunately. Noise - there are lots of dogs nearby that howl at night, and the nearby Wat Bo temple has prayers or similar.

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed. Rooms are spacious and clean with all you need. Quiet street in walking distance to town. And the people who work here are AMAZING!! They were so kind and helpful with everything we wanted to see and do in Siem Reap. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. I cannot wait to come back

Bliss hotel is superb. They have everything on site - nice rooms, pool, massage, restaurant (good food and good value for money). Location is 10-15 min relaxed walk to Pub street, we felt it was quite safe to walk, even at night. Very quiet and secluded, nothing disturbs your sleep. The team does everything to make each guest feel happy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel with fantastic, helpful staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, easy to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed Stayed hier in February 2023 for 4 nights. An absolutely lovely, beautiful, cosy boutique hotel. We were really lucky to choose it from many others. Such a helpful staff, they helped us arranging a Van for day trip to Ankor Watt with a fluent english speaking guide, also to the waterfall and shared a lot of other useful information. Very good breakfast. Lovely pool and pool area, which we have used every morning and late afternoon Excellent massage in the hotel. We have enjoined every moment in this hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel! I don’t know what you could do better to make guests feel comfortable. Truly exceptional experience! Everything absolutely top and 5-star standard.

The front desk service was amazing - always a cold towel and some cold tee - very nice. the pool was nice and clean.

Absolutely fabulous. Everything was 10/10. So many luxurious touches like cold face towels every time we came back to the hotel and a fresh fruit bowl upon arrival. The staff were fantastic and helped us book a lot of things. We loved so much about our trip. We stayed in the family Villa and got so many surprises. We had a whole wet kitchen with full size fridge, gas cooker and washing machine. The washing machine was such a blessing - never have I experienced such humidity. I live in Malaysia, but the heat was extreme. I ended up washing clothes almost every day I was there - I don't know what I would have done without a washing machine as we ran out of clothes so quickly. We were there end of April - hottest time of the year and were drenched in sweat every time we went out. I must admit our bed was like a brick - but sadly that is normal in Asia. The staff tried to help but it didn't make much difference. Finally I thought to make a bed of pillows and had a fantastic sleep the rest of my stay. The kids bed was ok and quite decent for Asia. The restaurant had a big selection of meals and drinks and breakfast was adequate. It wasn't a 5 star hotel, but the value for money was incredible, our stay was fabulous, the kids totally loved it, and I definitely recommend it - especially the Villa for families. They even set up a desk for my husband to work in his own private space on the top floor! 10/10 from all of us. Siem Reap comments: The zip line was fantastic - highly recommended The ceramics class was a favourite for my kids The elephant tour was really special (but expensive) Dinner by the river was the best. $2 for a huge choice of meals and $1 for a fruit smoothie. Cambodian food is awesome. Asian food without the spice - love it ❤️

My only suggestion for improvement would be to send a copy of the restaurant menu and spa menu to guests upon arrival. They had everything online on a tablet, which was fine - but if I had known how cheap the massages were, we would have had one every day. As it was, we kept forgetting to ask for the details and so only had 1 on each of our last 3 days. They were incredible. I highly recommend the Khmer massage - it was awesome and at US$11 for 60 minutes and $14 for 90 minutes was the best value ever. My husband said his 4 hands massage was a highlight of his trip 😊

great place. excellent breakfast even with great Latte coffee. The pool is great with comfortable chairs to relax. employees were really helpful to help us to set our activities. they even bought our bus ticket to go to Battambang. I recommend this place a lot.

Beautiful quiet intimate property

Attentive and friendly staff, small hotel so made to feel at home and was spotlessly clean. The hotel was a team effort from manager to cleaners, who all had smiles on their faces. After 5 weeks traveling it was a treat to stay there for a week and it didn't disappoint and lived up to all expectations. The chef even made us an amazing vegetarian kymer curry for us on request. Thank you everybody, really was the ideal way to finish our trip 💜

My only comment would be to ditch the plastic straws, for paper, bamboo or metal

Stunning property - amazing staff who are so kind and friendly ! Breakfast was delicious and lovely coffee too. I liked the fact it was in a quiet spot but a short $2 tuk tuk ride from town. The staff organised a trip to the temples which was amazing and also to the circus which was a great night out. I’d recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely everything. The pool was lovely and the customer care from all the staff was amazing. Cold flannels and a drink every time you returned to the hotel They organised tuk tuk drivers for trips and went out of their way to make your stay great. The breakfast was great and we ate there a couple of evenings and the food was lovely. We booked for 3 nights but extended to 5 . Incredibly clean and beautifully looked after. I don't usually write reviews but this hotel was outstanding.. Don't miss it. Bed was super comfortable too. Sue and Richard April 2023

I loved everything about this hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars - everyone knows you by name, they greet you with cold towels and tea each time you arrive, they’re very friendly and go above and beyond. I felt like everyone took great care of me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is always kept clean and it’s very nice. The room is spacious with good air conditioning and good shower. The room was also very clean. It’s only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Pub Street so it’s in a good location. Everything about this hotel is perfect!

There wasn’t anything I disliked.

The staff are wonderful, always willing to help with a smile. The pool is super clean and enticing.

Children if present can easily dominate the pool, but the hotel mainly appeals to couples who enjoy the peace.

This place was such a wonderful surprise. We had just spent 3 nights at the spa-like Navutu Dreams hotel for twice the price, so were concerned about a downgrade. It wasn't. Just 12 rooms so felt like a small welcoming place. It exceeded expectations with a great attentive staff, lovely pool. Nice breakfasts with literally the best cappuccinos we have had this month. Turns out the server had trained as a barrista. About 12 minutes from the main part of town but a fine stroll and nice to be out of Pub St land and into an actual neighborhood of friendly Cambodians not selling you things. Would 100% stay again.

Only downside was slightly firm bed, (and we like pkush) but that has been typical of hotels under $100 per night

Literally everything. The room was spacious and clean, the pool was clean, the food and drinks in the hotel are great, the staff are fantastic. This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town but we liked this as it's a quiet spot with a really nice atmosphere to relax. Plus always easy to get a tuk tuk if you don't want to walk. You can tell the place is managed well - there are lots of nice little touches and attention to detail. I can't recommend it enough!

Hard to fault anything. The rooms dont have a fridge, but this wasn't really an issue because the room service will bring you cold drinks/water in a flash.

The room was huge, was cleaned every day and had Netflix on the TV. The pool was always quiet and clean. The peace and quiet, apart from some local dogs. The friendly staff, particularly the young man on reception. Will definitely stay there again.

When I stayed there in December 2022 they had no cards or menus printed. No cards meant I had to show tuk-tuk drivers on my phone where the hotel was, every night. And no menus for food made it difficult to be spontaneous and order food or drinks. Breakfast was adequate if a little limited. One more thing: every hotel room needs to have a small fridge for water and beer.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Free tuk tuk pick from airport, great location, big, clean rooms, shower, bathtub and most important : the staff of the hotel. Better than at Ritz Cartlon, best I ever expierienced . Made us feel so very welcome, always helpful, always smiling, always ready to give good advice. Made us sad to leave Cambodia more than Cambodia itself. Second thing : the restaurant. Best food we tasted in Siem Reap and we visited a few 4.6-4.9 star restaurants. If you're visiting Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay!

This stylish boutique hotel is perfect when visiting Siem Reap. It is peaceful and quiet yet only 10minute walk to the centre of town. The chic rooms are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and the pool is just what is needed after a day exploring
