Prime Location and staff assisted us with our laundry handover while we were away. Breakfast is good too

The staff are attentive & polite. The room is spacious and clean. I would stay here again whenever I have concert at TM Stadium or Unifi Arena, which are about 10 mins away by car. Recommended! š

Location is good, not overly expensive and yet still get a very decent room and service
Nothing. Apart from no immediate action about items I left, I have to ring them and ask about it, instead of them contacting me and letting me know i left some stuff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and prompt and responsive to issues that we had.
Accommodation was good with the exception of the issue described below.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance - there was no advance notification of this and no reduction in the price to reflect the pool being closed.
Our booking at this hotel was made on the basis that there was a pool which we could relax by after travelling from the Iām.
