I like the vibes, services, view of the room, the wide spacious & clean room. The best part, they carter to my request. The swimming pool is very very the clean & i really enjoyed swimming with my kid. And yes, i got the late check-out with free! will return back. next time!
The breakfast area is so dark. Maybe they should put more lights to make it brighter and we can enjoy the delicious dishes they serve.

A lady with shoulder length hair placed me near the lift, she even offered to assist while I waited for Enc Badre. On the last day she understood my impatience by informing her colleague to help me out first
Encik Syahir was helpful bec I'm wheel chair bound the first day. He understood my need for pillow yet it was overlooked by house keeping
Encik Badre was very attentive and knows how to handle the disposition of a patient in pain. He understood why I chose St Giles Mid Valley for my recuperation. He understood my need to be able to use bathroom. He has the Tact and Empathy
It is the quality that I chose
Quality of the pillow bedsheets, mattress, towels, rugs
Encik Hafizi of the House Keeping Level 21 knows what I wanted and ensure my room is Tip Top and cleaned in time after my communications or He was collateral damage to my major blow up!
This young man has future after heavy shelling still have guts to check on me if everything is up to my expectations.
The little mini thing such as:
1. placement of my phone charger wire placed under a box so I it is reachable to me and doesn't fall to the way side 5 star solving my problem of turning in pain to reach the wire on the 3rd Day
2. placement of my kimono reachable at sitting position instead of hanging it making it unreachable 5 star on the 2nd Day
3. even using hotel pillowcase to cover my own contour pillowcase 5 star on the 4th Day 👏👏👏👏 this is Priceless even I missed this! The smooth texture of the thread count made my day
4. Plastic chair for me to sit bathing
What I didn't like were there seems to be a misalignment between reception and house keeping, that led me to direct confrontation the House Keeping staff directly. On the second/3rd day 9-10am morning, you can check the CCTV after I've lost it
After twice of delay, I insist on seeing The House Keeping Manager which Enc Hafizi defuse my blow up outside my floor
He listened and understood me therfore I extended my stay and will continue to chose St Giles Mid Valley as one of my favourite hotel stay

Good location and great breakfast.Staff was helpful,polite n friendly
Could add towel hanger or hook in bathroom.overall all are great n love the new renovated rooms..

Location, friendly staff, sizeable 1 bedroom
Housekeeping remove towels meant for washing which is correct but they forgot to leave behind replacement towels for me.
As I was got back to the room past midnight so I just make do with the face towels to dry myself after a shower.
Perhaps housekeeping personnel can be more attentive in the future.
Looking forward to the hotel tower reopening after renovation.
