Great location and clean room. The food and facilities (Gym, Pool) were great
The service was not great, I experienced the following during my stay
- My room was cleaned but used utensils were left in the room.
- Shower gel was not replaced despite being finished
- The shower was blocked resulting in flooding when showering
- I was asked to pay for every extra service I requested ( laundry, room dining) instead of the bill being charged to my room so I can settle one bill. I complained and the manager intervened and granted my wish

I love everything about it! The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, and it’s clean. The best part is that it’s directly connected to the mall!
There’s nothing to complain about. Everything is great.

Location, friendly staff, sizeable 1 bedroom
Housekeeping remove towels meant for washing which is correct but they forgot to leave behind replacement towels for me.
As I was got back to the room past midnight so I just make do with the face towels to dry myself after a shower.
Perhaps housekeeping personnel can be more attentive in the future.
Looking forward to the hotel tower reopening after renovation.
