Beautiful, functional room. Comfortable bed. Good shower, especially the large bathtub. Attentive, friendly and kind staff
Room is clean overall though carpet and fabric surfaces can be deodorised for a fresh-smelling room. Stall shower can be cleaned more thoroughly, some spots were left untreated

If you really want to unwind after a long day in the greasy city, I can't think of a better hotel than this. Good air conditioning performance coupled with very good lighting and nice firm beds make you fall asleep very well. Superb noise isolation from the huge interchange just outside the Hotel.
Slow elevators. On the day we checked out, out of 6 only 2 were working ( presumably to save cost) and we had to wait because it was full of tourists.

gym was large and had a lot of kit
Location was not the best. Whilst most of the staff were good the breakfast team were poor. I wanted to take a small bowl of indian snack to my room as my son had not woken up for breakfast due to a late night but the manager and maitradee would not let me and gave me a lecture on having to pay for it yet i had paid for breakfast. They wouldn't even listen to my reason why. Finally my laptop would not connect to the internet for the first 3 days as the hotel wifi was on an insecure connection. It worked 3 days later when they finally managed to sort ou their settings.
