1st time staying at Amari Kl & i shud say we really had great time during our 2 nights stay! frm checking in which was very smooth..friendly staffs..nice hotel interior & scrumptious bfast! rooms were spacious & mattress was comfortable too! howeveťr the pillows were much ⅘TOO SOFT & it somehow affected our sleep. hopefully the management will look into tiz matter🥰 overall..we enjoyed our stay & will DEFINITELY come bck!👍👏

clean and comfy, good buffet breakfast with variety of food choices
room was spacious and clean
location is a little bit awkward, had to turn the merry go round before arriving if driving, not straight forward walking distance to midvalley or garden mall
must be driving if want to go out, nearby is just one 711 which would required walking across 2 buildings distance
in room dining took quite long time to arrive at night, and was told the food sent to wrong room 🥹
(however, free fruits was being served next day)
breakfast buffet was great but very crowded, tables are hard to secure when going in at peak hours, had to sit at outdoor with roti canai station which could be a little

Some staff were nice and highly motivated, while some seemed to have the "I don't care attitude"
Breakfast mainly for mainland chinese guests, not much local dishes available.
