About this condo rental

Nestled in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $100 per night is a great option for your next break. AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW! Sand Dollar unit #3 is part of a stunning 4-unit waterfront canal property w/shared pool, dock, and is across the street from the beach! Watch the Florida sunrise with your cup of coffee, fish from the dock layout by the pool or head to our white sand beach to watch the sunset. Our Florida canals are the best way to get a look at our natural wildlife! Spacious 2 bedrooms each with king beds plus 1 queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. 2 bathrooms, one with shower/tub combo, one with stand-up shower. Fully stocked kitchen, individual patio. Shared washers and dryers available onsite, sleeps 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. This unit is on the upper level, left side. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive or ride to FMB's Times Square. Activities available to you on FMB: biking, hiking, birding, shelling, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing, dining, and most importantly RELAXING. This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission. Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! 4 units with a total of 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18. Looking for a fun way to have transportation around the island? TriPower guests can receive a discount on renting bikes, golf carts, scooters, and more from our local partner, Sun N Fun! Reservations can also be made by phone ator in person at 1821 Estero Blvd., just be sure to mention the discount code. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Guests will also be sent additional documents and questions from SafelyStay, our damage protection provider. Very nice property! Enough room for a family of 5 mostly adults. Close to grocery store and CVS for all of your shopping needs on the island. Further away from downtown Ft. Meyers Beach but quick access to Bonita Springs. Beach just a short walk across the street! Would definitely stay again.
