About this villa rental
This beautifully designed well equipped 3 bedroom villa has everything you need. Private pool and a private garden and parking spot. It has the use of communal tennis court, swimming pool and gymm.
Three double bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs and open plan living are downstairs that leads to a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The pool has easy steps to enter and is a good size for a private pool.
There is outside seating area and six sunbeams around the pool. There is a BBQ area and outside shower.
The Villa is walkable to the town of Sarigerme where you can find shops bars and restaurants. There is even a supermarket that will deliver your food shopping to your door.
The airport is only 15 minutes drive away and we can arrange transfers to and from your door.
The beach at Sarigerme is of blue flag status and has all the watersports available.
The villa is well equipped with a large full kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided and the villa is cleaned regularly. The pool is cleaned daily and Lycia maintenance can offer services such as organising car hire, day trips, babysitters cots toys and other child facilities.

This was a lovely modern villa with great views, deep sizeable pool and plenty of loungers. Contact with Katie pre trip was very good - fast and helpful. We really enjoyed the location. The small town of Sarigerme was a few mins by car from the villa and had a choice of 4 x supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The 2 x local beaches were also close (about 2km), vast and sandy. Our favourite beach was the Turtle beach at Iztuzu a pretty 20 min drive through rural Turkey, round a mountain, which we enjoyed. We hired a car which we found useful but you could get by without. Dalaman had a great covered market. The villa was well equipped. We had a few minor issues at the outset with missing kitchen essentials such as kettle and coffee machine but these were sorted swiftly by Ahmet, the maintenance man, who was excellent - very kind and helpful. The only information omitted from the website is the incredibly steep slope up to the 2nd row of villas, which must be about 2:1. Some cars needed several attempts to get up it, sliding back down. I've never seen anything like it in UK or abroad and we've stayed in some remote places! We used an alternative unmade road which was very rocky but preferable. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay - Thank you.
