Location is fantastic. Very close to the social centre of Milan but far enough away that it was nice and quiet with no noise disruption. Easy to get around the city, metro station is a 10 min walk.
Some of the toilets' flush mechanisms had been damaged prior to our arrival, which thankfully didn't stop them working but wasn't ideal. A minor complaint though!

Spacious apartment in great location near transport and Navigili canals.
Beds uncomfortable for 2 people as sagged in the middle. Shower screen in 1 bathroom broken. - couldn’t open or close. Dining chairs felt like they were close to breaking.

The apartment is very spacious, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, and even a laundry room — great for a bigger group. The location is semi-central, convenient enough to get around Milan. There's genuinely a lot of potential in the space itself.
Several basic things were not working: one AC unit, two showers, and the shower heads were faulty. The ironing board and clothes drying rack were both broken, and simple amenities like a microwave, sugar, and even cereal bowls were missing. For the price and the "luxury" positioning advertised, we expected better upkeep — it felt like the management company hadn't properly checked or maintained the apartment before our arrival.

"Super clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has all you need. Rooms are spread out which allows you to have some privacy, aspesialy if travel with kids or big family"
