Very well equipped, homely, and in a great location in KL Eco city
As it’s a service apartment based concept, it’s understandable that the units are cleaned only for long stays, but I think for a stay of 7-8 nights including one free cleaning isn’t unreasonable.

The location is very convenient to visit megamall.
There is a limited TV program. There should be a TV guide how to use the normal channel for news or documentary. I cannot find extra trash bags.

Clean, good location and spacious apartment
The responsiveness of the staff to requests was very slow and the only way to communicate wither was via whatsapp. The ACs stopped working in one of the bedrooms and living room and it took them over 4 hours to respond to the come and fix the AC despite repeated requests. No broom or vaccum provided in the service apartment nor any additional bin liners. Had to make repeated requests to get a broom and a few bin liners. Breakfast was also below average and horrible coffee so not worth including this in your room tariff if you have to the option to eat out.
