- It is a rare event to find a small house for two people plus dog on Texel island - huge win - Cute little village where you can walk, bicycle or drive to the bigger city or the beaches - another huge win - Very hospitable landlords who we loved to chat to - again, huge win

De locatie, sfeer, netheid, benodigdheden (koffie, thee, proper koelkast en zelfs een eierkoker) heerlijk bed en goede douche (zeep en shampoo aanwezig) zitgelegenheid en een tv

De ligging is super. Gezellig in het kleine dorpje Den Hoorn, met een supermarkt en plekken waar je kan ontbijten / lunchen / dineren op een paar meter afstand. Parkeren (bijna) voor de deur, losloopgebied De Dennen en de strandopgang Paal 9 op een paar minuten rijden, net als Den Burg. Ook het warme ontvangst, het schone huisje en het feit dat de bedden al opgemaakt waren, er handoeken / theedoeken aanwezig was (is tegenwoordig niet vanzelfsprekend) en de hond mee mocht was heel fijn!
Wij vonden niks tegen vallen! Warm ontvangst, net huisje, goede locatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden! Het huisje is (vooral beneden, woonkamer/keuken) niet groot (en je niet kan koken). Hier hadden wij al rekening mee gehouden (is bij boeken al duidelijk) en was voor 2 personenen en een Cocker Spaniël prima te doen! We waren ook veel op pad om van Texel te genieten.
