Extremely dirty and disappointing home to stay at. I am requesting a 35% refund

1. The home was extremely dirty 2. Loads of spider webs in every corner, ceiling of the home 3. We specifically booked this home to make use of the pool, but the pool was very dirty, the pool pump was switched completely off, when we tried to switch on the pump the water became very murky, the creepy would not move and the creepy crawler pipe was broken

Das Haus hätte durchaus Potential und war komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig. Betrag für restliche Tage nach Abbruch des Aufenthalts wurde erstattet.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt nach nur einer Nacht abgebrochen. Die Fotos geben leider nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses wieder. Der Außenbereich wäre auch bei guten Wetter nicht nutzbar gewesen. Kaputte Loungemöbel und trüber Pool (das Unwetter kam erst nach unserer Ankunft). Das Haus bedarf dringend einer Renovierung und Sanierung Die Wohnung insgesamt eher dreckig und abgewohnt. Wir konnten nicht mal auspacken, weil in dem begehbaren Schrank ein extremer Modergeruch war. Das Unngenehmste war, dass in allen Schränken persönliche Sachen waren. Man stell sich mal vor, eine Familie reist mit Kindern an, und in den Schubladen liegen Tabletten, benutzte Coronamasken usw.
