The sitting room is very spacious. Requiring guests to be quiet after 10pm is very helpful in allowing others in neighbouring apartments to sleep. Ample parking. Kitchen had enough to cook basic meals, which is all I wanted.
One of the beds was incredibly low. I use a wheelchair, so the height of a bed is important. The second bed was a more normal height, however once I was in bed the mattress sunk dramatically. I don't recall ever being on such a soft squidgy mattress, which was challenging to get out of and gave me a sore back. The other bed had a poor quality mattress and the springs could be felt when sleeping on it.
The apartment was described as wheelchair accessible throughout, but I was unable to get into the kitchen due to it's small size and lack of turning space. The bathroom photo makes the bathroom seem much bigger than it is, and again not big enough to turn round in a chair. I was informed there was one small step into the apartment. Thankfully I brought both a small and a medium ramp, as there was a larger step down onto the patio before the small step up. Finally, the room which has the less-bad bed required both bedside tables to be moved out of the room in order to shift the bed over, which then enabled me to get my wheelchair next to the bed.
There were various air fresheners plugged in, which was unpleasant. This was likely to try and mask the damp issue, but opening windows and leaving them on the latch throughout the day improved the freshness of the apartment significantly.
