The flat is centrally located in Kirkstall, a 10 minute bus ride away from town centre, the bus leaves less than 3 minutes on foot away. Amenities such as supermarket, pubs and other shops are within walking distance and cultural highlights such as Kirkstall Abbey are only a few bus stops away. The flat itself is clean, the provisions were as advertised. The beds were comfy and the area is nice. If you want to be in a very central and cosy location, this one is very high up the list. Landlord was very accommodating as far as late check in was concerned.
Two minor drawbacks: The shower cabin is not designed with tall / bigger than average people in mind, so showering is a bit of a sporting exercise. The landlord's communications are friendly and very informative as well as cooperative, only - the number of reminders "remember that check-out is at 11 a.m." was a bit irritating.

La chambre est très spacieuse et les lit confortable. J’ai apprécié la qualité de la cuisine équipée et de la table à manger ainsi que le lave linge +
La salle de bain est beaucoup trop petite !
Pour le salon il manque un petit fauteuil supplémentaire pour passer de bonne soirée en famille devant la télé :)

Met basic needs for accommodation adjacent to Headingley and Leeds city centre.
No grill pan in cooker, poor kitchen equipment generally. Getting charged 2 deposits of £50. Very small shower.
