Καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο.
Ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι που βλέπει στο λιμάνι.
Μόλις φτιαχτεί το μπροστινό κτήριο που είναι υπό ανακαίνιση δεν θα βλέπεις τίποτα.
Έχει χώρο parking στα 100 μέτρα που πρέπει να σου το πει ο ιδιοκτήτης για να καταλάβεις ότι είναι δικός του χώρος.
Πολύ μικρό μπαλκόνι που είναι μόνο για 2 άτομα.
Πολύ μικρή η τουαλέτα που ακουμπάς στον μικρό νιπτήρα.
Η πόρτα της τουαλέτας ανοίγει λιγότερο από μισό άνοιγμα διότι βρίσκει στη ντουζιέρα.
Το air condition σε ζέστη το βράδυ γεμίζει το μπετόνι με νερό και πλημυρίζει το μπαλκονάκι από νερά.
Για 3 ενήλικες είναι πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο.
Ο ιδιοκτήτης λίγο αδιάφορος.
