Close to CDC, good staff
Room facilities need to upgrade, the door lock hard to open. It is important especially during emergency. The shower no hot water, stained bedsheets and pillowcase.

The front door security guards kept a close watch on everyone coming and going. As parents, that made us feel comfortable letting our kids walk near us in the lobby.

There was a cold water station right down our hall, which made filling water bottles for our day trips cheap and easy.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-designed. The beds were comfortable, and having kitchen facilities in the room was very convenient for families. The hotel is also larger than most of the surrounding properties in the area, giving it a more upscale and comfortable feel.
The hotel requires a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check-in, which was unexpected, especially since we arrived at around 3:00 AM. Basic amenities such as towels and slippers were not prepared in the room and had to be requested. Unfortunately, both rooms we booked did not have hot water during our stay. Some room facilities also appear to need maintenance and upgrading. In addition, the breakfast options were quite limited and simple considering the price.
