The stay was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I liked that the hotel is very elegant and new. But the rooms are not properly cleaned and the sheets has stains on it. But the overall stay is very comfortable.
We waited to be checked in by 9pm when originally it should be 7pm since we availed late check in due to work reasons. Though they extended our check out. When we checked the rooms there is no towels and slightly unclean, but since we are tired we let it be.

I found some of the staffs very helpful and accommodating, specially when we forgot some of our stuffs at the hotel after we checked out. The security guards were exemplary in providing customer service. Receptionists have professional demeanor.
I am most concern about the housekeeping staffs not being provided with gloves when collecting trash.
Why are clients be charged extra if sheets are stained ?
There's a musky smell upon entering the hotel lobby.
