We absolutely loved the home! Our entire family/friends enjoyed themselves! The home smelled good. nicely decorated, open floor plan. The showers were huge. The kids all had a great time and never told us they were bored. The entertainment center in the theatre was very easy to use. Never had any issue with it. We loved how it had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Kelly, the maintenance lady who came out to fix the hot water for the spa, was super friendly. The ac/s worked great! plenty of room for everyone to mingle. All of the rooms had an extra pillow, towel and fan in the closet. This kitchen was fully stocked with mostly everything you could have needed, which was amazing! Last year we rented a home, and the kitchen was minimal supplied with items you would need to cook with, so we came prepared this time, only to discover the only thing we really needed was our griddle for pancakes! The outdoor backyard was fun! Plenty of lounges for everyone! Beautiful home and great corner spot!
The biggest complaint about this home was the pool alarm. The alarm was extremely loud and none of the buttons on the outside of the door worked to silence the alarm. You could tell it was not wired for the buttons, as it was a newer alarm and not original. We could press the button on the inside and exit the door, no problem for noise, but to get inside the home, you had to open the door and silence the alarm on the inside and proceed. So it got really annoying and I'm sure the neighbors were annoyed too, as the alarm was very piercing. We appreciate the alarm as a parent, just wish it was more friendly with the silencing as you enter back into the home. Another thing that was frustrating is the trash can is much bigger than the average 13 gallon one. We brought trash bags of the normal size because there was no indication of the size being bigger than that, and we had to hang it on a handle because it would not fit in the trash can. Recommend putting in the description the size of the trash can OR put an average size can in there as well. Another thing that was more frustrating than anything, is the grass in the backyard was tall. It needed cut and the putt-putt course needed swept good. There was also no basketball hoop like the pictures portrayed, but there was little basketballs. The last thing that was frustrating is the lack of communication with the host on the first evening. It took almost 3 hours before she responded to our request as to why the spa was not heated(we paid for it). Which we felt very odd, because up to that night, all communication with her had been extremely quick. We learned that there was something wrong with the heater, and Kelly was called out to fix it. Non the less, we did get a refund for the night, but the remainder of the weekend, we all enjoyed the spa and didn't have any other issues.

This property was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The. Bedrooms were comfortable and were a great size as were the bathrooms. Even my older son loved the themed bedrooms ! It was extremely clean. It smelled nice. We had some difficulty connecting the Xbox to the Wi-Fi. However, the host was extremely responsive and told us how to do it. She was very prompt in responding to any questions esp considering I booked extremely last minute for an impromptu trip. It was also very close to Disney which is the reason we came. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
