la ubicación es buena porque está a 15 min caminando de la línea JR, el lugar y el edificio es bonito, el barrio tranquilo. Tiene suficiente espacio y está en muy buenas condiciones, además de que hay cocina y creo que es un plus para tokio
el check in lo haces tú, a pesar de que te mandan una guía extensa para entrar, tuvimos problemas con nuestra llave, tuvimos que llamar al alojamiento pero no teníamos tarjeta sim así que tuvimos que ir a un seven eleven y pedir un teléfono prestado. Era de noche y acabamos de viajar por 24 hrs, fue algo molesto sinceramente. Observamos que más huéspedes tenían confusión sobre el check in, recomendaría descargar la app para recibir las notificaciones. También debes considerar que está a 15 minutos caminando de la estación, así que después de un día largo de turistear no siempre es lo más cómodo. Aún así, considero el lugar muy bueno y si me volvería a hospedar, es muy buena opción

Strategic Location, overall comfort in the rooms. Easy accessibility, 10min walk from both yamanote line and the subway station
The pillows i got were too little and they were extremely lumpy that made for neck pain the next day. Unlike when I booked the previous year.

The apartment is clean and cozy, spacious enough for two people. Location is great, close to the train station and in a quiet area with everything you need close by.
Unfortunately we also had a wrong pin number given which was frustrating due to the fact that the available emergency phone no could not be contacted via Whatsapp. We managed to speak to someone via Booking and eventually got in. Not a big deal but it’s definitely something to improve.

L'appartement est plutôt correct et proche de plusieurs métros. Le café en bas est très bon.

Pas de quoi étendre le linge pour la machine...
Avec un bon coup de ménage, ce serait vraiment bien.
La propreté, l'appartement était rempli de cheveux en arrivant. Clairement le ménage n'avait pas été fait et les parties communes ne sont pas du tout entretenues, c'est dommage pour une immeuble récent qui pourtant va vite dépérir.
Le manque d'un étendoir alors qu'il y a une machine à laver à disposition.
Changer les coussins, de très mauvaises qualités.
