I cannot rave enough about this accommodation in Tokyo.
Located a short walk away from the student district, Takanababoba ~ we were extremely well connected throughout our stay. We could get to two local stations in 8 minutes maximum, Shinjuku in 10 minutes, Harajuku & Shibuya in 20/25.
There is a lovely coffee shop at the bottom floor of the building with local Lawsons / 7/11s nearby alongside great food & music spots locally.
The space was very quiet and clean, despite being opposite the university. Gave us lots of space to stay for a whole 10 days.
Such an underrated district to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

リピーターです。建物が綺麗でロケーションよく、広めのお部屋はレイアウトがよく使いやすい。
食器がプラで安っぽい。初めて6階でしたが廊下がすごく変な臭気で残念でした。ベランダのガラス戸がすごく汚い。あと一工夫なのでホント残念！

リピーターです。駅からのアクセスよく建物は綺麗でお部屋も清潔です。
ほぼ満足ですが強いて言えば食器がプラスチック、アイロンがない、というくらいでしょうか。

L'appartement est plutôt correct et proche de plusieurs métros. Le café en bas est très bon.

Pas de quoi étendre le linge pour la machine...
Avec un bon coup de ménage, ce serait vraiment bien.
La propreté, l'appartement était rempli de cheveux en arrivant. Clairement le ménage n'avait pas été fait et les parties communes ne sont pas du tout entretenues, c'est dommage pour une immeuble récent qui pourtant va vite dépérir.
Le manque d'un étendoir alors qu'il y a une machine à laver à disposition.
Changer les coussins, de très mauvaises qualités.
