Paradise

The location of Villa Sebas is amazing. The apartment is right on the rock, waves are crushing all the time (be ready for it, it can be pretty loud). The view into the Yelapa bay is stunning. And also, Alex the owner was absolutely helpful and kind. I got a terrible food poisioning on the last dat and she let us stay longer which litteraly saved my life! 10000% recommendation!

Amazing view

The view from the room is exceptional, and the location is perfect—close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool and outdoor area are in great condition and very clean, with an amazing view from the pool as well. The staff went above and beyond, meeting us at the boat to help with our luggage, which was such a kind gesture. After a restless first night due to the sound of the waves, the host allowed us to switch rooms at no extra charge. The new room was much bigger and far more comfortable—definitely worth it! I would have rated that room even higher without hesitation. Highly recommend this place!

The rooms we stayed in wasn’t very clean, with dust in several areas, and everything felt quite old. The dishes left by previous guests were poorly cleaned, which was disappointing. Additionally, the windows and mosquito screens didn’t close completely, and the sound of the waves was so loud that even with earplugs, we couldn’t sleep—it felt like being in the middle of a storm. Thankfully, the hotel was kind enough to move us to a different room where this wasn’t an issue. I highly recommend paying a bit more for a better room—it’s absolutely worth it. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making it difficult to wash long hair.

Me gustó mucho la vista, el lugar en general está bien. La comunicación con el host fue muy buena, amable y accesible. El señor Florencio muy amable y servicial

La tasa del baño está rota del asiento, no hay microondas, no hay tapas en el baño para evitar que se metan cucarachas, no vi que se ofreciera la habitación de arriba donde yo estuve hospedado y me hubiera gustado tenerla.

La vista y la alberca. Sugerencias la alberca podría tener agua templada

Me costó muchísimo trabajo dar con el lugar, porque no se llama como está anunciado, tampoco especifican que esa playa es rocosa no te puedes meter, efectivamente si está frente al mar pero sirve solo de vista el azulejo del baño está muy sucio y los muebles demasiado rústicos ( viejos).
