The location is amazing! View of the beach, the river, morning birds frolicking, easy access the to the beach to swim often during the day.
Good coffee supplied. Well equipped kitchen for a longer stay. Amazing bathroom with great shower pressure and hot water on demand.
Access to the property from the main road, and access to the beach is a little dark and slippery. However that is to be expected from Yelapa’s town infrastructure, and totally out of the hands of the host of this property. We thought it was adventurous! However, we both thought it would not be a suitable place to stay if either of our elderly family with mobility issues were with us on this trip. 😉

Open to the bay and secure to listen to waves through the night.
The stairs down and up from the road but hey, that’s Yelapa
