This apartment is exceptionally spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with modern, comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and perfect for longer stays. The living room features a huge TV, a large dining table that comfortably seats six people, and a very comfortable sofa, all complemented by lovely river views.
The hallway is impressively spacious, and the bedrooms are large, bright, and extremely comfortable. The beds provide excellent comfort, while the river views and peaceful greenery outside create a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom is modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is also an additional toilet next to the kitchen, which is very practical and convenient.
The building has an elevator that takes you directly to the fourth floor. Once outside, you'll find yourself in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to the city center. Piazza del Popolo is just a few minutes away, and Piazza di Spagna is also within easy walking distance.
A special mention goes to the staff, especially Monica and Micaela, who are professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They provide detailed instructions, complete with photos and clear explanations, for key collection. The lockbox is located right next to the building entrance, making the check in process simple and hassle free.
This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in so far. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again. 100% recommended!

Plusem mieszkania jest lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, upierając sie mozna wogole nie korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej.
Mieszkanie pozostawia wiele do życzenia... np. zarwane łóżko w salonie, niedoprana pościel ( córka miala niedoprana pleśń na przescieradle), zniszczone meble, pajeczyny. Brudne szafki, mikrofalówka. Gdy ktos oferuje w mieszkaniu zmywarke powinien tez o nia zadbać w postaci uzupełniania soli i nablyszczacza, wszystko w niej świeciło jak choinka. Zimno, ogrzewanie tylko przez klimatyzację( z ktorej po pierwszym uruchomieniu śmierdziało zgniłymi jajkami) po kontakcie z właścicielem, Pani stwierdziła ze wymyślam i nie ma takiego zapachu.) W łazience obok kuchni caly czas bylo otwarte okno ktorego nie dalo sie zamknac. Brzydki zapach rowniez w kuchni i hałas, ktory przeszkadzal spac w nocy. Dwa razy wystrzeliły nam korki. Za pierwszym razem do rana byliśmy bez światła i ogrzewania, ponieważ od 22 nie bylo kontaktu z obsługą mieszkania.Wedlug mnie prowadząc taka działalności powinno byc sie dostępnym przez 24 h. Ogólnie nie polecam, wiecej nie skorzystamy z oferty tej firmy...

Amplio con ascensor
No se podía prender el aire acondicionado para calentar o bañarse y utilizar otro aparato eléctrico al mismo tiempo porque saltaba la instalación y se cortaba la luz. Tuvimos que dormir con la ropa puesta por el frío. Sucio y desgastado.
