One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, 5 drawer dresser, lots of closet space, and on suite bath with rain style shower. The Master bedroom has a California King sized bed, dresser, closet storage, desk and chair for work from home ease, and a second level deck looking out to Lake Tahoe. There is a fold down couch, also. Off the living room is a lovely patio with wrought iron table and chairs and a gas grill with a natural gas connection so you aren't going to run out, ever. Boat Rentals, Ski Rentals, Bicycle Rentals all walking distance from the house. Amenities: Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops and the adjacent dining room has seating for six with room for 3 more at the peninsula separating the kitchen and dining room. Living room has a large screen HDTV with Sonos Sound Bar, fireplace, sofa, and two leather chairs.. There are assorted games for the family to enjoy. Visit the turn of the century mansions of Vahalla at Richardson Beach or Vikingsholm at Emerald Bay. Rent a boat and cruise around the lake, or take one of the paddle wheel boats, Tahoe Queen or M.S.
