Big room

Tv. No Netflix When arrived . Staff was rude when checking in andDidn’t tell us that the elevator was out of order.

The location was the best in town. The hot tub was great, very big, really enjoyed it.

The air conditioning in the room was terrible. Its a swamp cooler & it didn't work very well & it was loud. We had to leave it on 60 degrees the entire time just to keep it cool, which it only got down to 68 & did not feel like 68. They need to replace those!

THE ROOM WAS DECENT EXCEPT FOR A TV THAT I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO UNPLUG AND PLUG BACK. I HAD TO DO THIS MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL IT WORK. IN THE MORNING I HAD TO DO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND IT NEVER WORK. CARPET HAD LARGE STAINS AND DID NOT APPEAR CLEAN. THE SHOWER WAS DIFFICULT TO OPARATE I WAS SENT AN EMAIL BEFORE CHECK IN WHERE I HAD TO ADD MY CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE STAFF KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT WHEN I GOT TO THE PROPERTY.
