About this house rental
Enjoy stunning Kentucky views on 10 PRIVATE acres! This modern farmhouse home will accommodate multiple families while still providing plenty of space to find a quiet area to relax. About 10 mins from the Ark, 30m from Georgetown, 40m to Lexington and 45m to Cincinnati! Enjoy the backyard patio, firepit(s), foosball table, basketball, workout area or simply sit on the front porch in a rocking chair to take in the view. Featuring keyless entry, FAST WIFI & garage usage, we can't wait to have you!
The space
Our home sleeps 14 people: a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom, two sets of bunk beds in one room, another bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom that has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The upstairs living room also has a pull-out couch to accommodate 2 additional guests. My favorite thing to do is sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the incredible view.
There are 4 TV's throughout the house, including a 65' in the main living room.
Guest access
All amenities in the entire apartment are available exclusively for the guest/s.
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of two closets and two kitchen cabinets (labeled).
Other things to note
Check in - 4pm
Check out - 10am
You will get the opportunity to embrace the "country life" as soon as you turn into the LONG gravel driveway. Once reaching the top of the driveway you can reward yourself by taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view!
All rooms are on the main floor, except one room - located down a flight of stairs (This room can be accessed on the side of the house as well).
Fireplace in living room is not in use.
NO PETS or SMOKING allowed the premises.
Winter note: as mentioned above, the driveway is long (approx. 700ft) and part of it is uphill. Corinth receives about 10 inches of snow per year. If you happen to stay when it snows it will be difficult to make it up the driveway if you don't have 4WD. We do not service the driveway, but can help with some rock salt that is located on the property! Please contact us for assistance if needed!

This house is absolutely beautiful! It’s a quiet place, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to the Ark! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This was the perfect place for us to stay visiting the Ark Encounter. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and the evening just visiting and enjoying the view. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The host was great with communication and check in was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful property. Peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views from all sides but most enjoyable rocking on the front porch in the evening. The home is well equipped and close to the Ark Encounter. We also enjoyed just hanging out at the house. The host is very responsive and was quick to rectify our one little issue. Thanks for the positive addition to our 3 generation family vacation.

There were a few things the kitchen didn’t have, but overall it had mostly everything we needed!
