Beautiful and thoughtfully designed home.The moment we walked in, our first reaction was,"Wait,this is even better than the pictures!"With 5 bedrooms,there was enough room for everyone to spread out and relax.The 5th bedroom is a loft tucked away in the attic. It felt like something straight out of a childhood dream.The home features 3 separate living areas,all equipped with TVs and comfortable seating.There are 2 master bathrooms,each with double sinks, jacuzzi tubs, separate showers, and private toilets.The 3rd full bathroom includes a bathtub.There's a convenient half-bath outside by the covered pool area.The laundry room is equipped with a washer,dryer,and utility sink,leading to 2 car garage.The house truly feels like a home away from home.It is stocked with everything you could possibly need.The home was immaculate.A shoutout to the cleaning crew because they clearly take pride in their work.The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything,including a hospital.We loved being central to some of our favorite beaches.The local management company is attentive,and quick to help.I read a previous review mentioning roaches.As a frequent Florida visitor,I feel compelled to offer a friendly reminder,Florida is hot and humid,perfect climate for roaches,ants, and mosquitoes too.That said,we did not see any live roaches during our stay, and the screened in pool kept mosquitoes away.We enjoyed our time, and made wonderful memories.Treated this home with much care and appreciation.

Our family of six stayed eight nights and found this house spacious, clean, and well furnished. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for trips to Sanibel, plenty of plates and cooking supplies, and games and cards for family time.The pool area is beautiful and relaxing and there are floaties and even goggles for the pool. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. This house made our trip to SW Florida even more memorable and we hope to return for a future stay.
