Great set up, beach view from kitchen, dining area, and living room. Privacy and steet sounds were great. Stairs and walkway to the beach need some minor repair, but work fine. I realize we were still early summer, but the pool temperature was brisk, only thing that could improve was the pool needed vacuuming.

When we got there the house was still being cleaned so we had to wait to get in, but we were allowed to stay a little later when we checked out to make up for it. There had recently been a pretty bad storm and there was something wrong with the electrical. The WIFI also didn't work because the plug it was plugged into was out. This was fixed as soon as possible. The couch had pet hair on it and someone was sent over to clean it and it was fine. The neighbors hot water heater was making an awful racket every time they used the hot water, but that was also address quickly. It wasn't a great start, but each issue we had was quickly addressed and we were very happy with our stay. The house (other than the couch) was clean and well maintained. It was very roomy for our 15 guests! The kitchen was very well stocked and we never had an issue needing anything for all the meals we cooked. The views were amazing and a few of us spent lots of time photographing the moon rise from the balcony. The pool was nice and is positioned in a way that there were plenty of shady spots (for the redheads like me) and plenty of sunny spots for the more melanin blessed guests. The management company, Bask Away, did a fantastic job with any issue we had, and even answered our questions and addressed our concerns during off hours. We would defiantly recommend the house to anyone and would love to return to this location on our next visit to the area!
