Great location especially when we were mainly there to go to Dollywood! But so many places surrounding the condo also! Plenty of room for our family where it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and great price

The property is quite dated and could use a good exterior wash and paint job. Interior has some improvements but is a far cry from a luxury condo. Shower in master has low water pressure and nearly requires help to get in and out of the huge whirlpool tub. Exit door to the stairwell was a little strange and kinda made us feel uneasy as because there was no way to completely secure it from the inside (did have a deadbolt but who has a key?!?) . Couches in the living area were dingy and you can hear all the traffic on the street ESPECIALLY garbage trucks at 4am. Biggest plus is the location - it's literally minutes away from everything. A good clean and a few repairs would make it a nice retreat
