It is very quiet and peaceful and our house is surrounded by unbothered forests. With nature comes wildlife, from coyotes, owls, elk, deer, javelina, hawks, jackrabbits, and bobcats to the smaller critters like birds, mice, snakes, desert gophers, ground squirrels, and depending on the time of year some bugs (butterflies, moths, flies, crickets, spiders, ants), you never know what might be foraging by. No need to fear, the forest and mountains are their home, too. That said, although we do our very best to keep our home pest free, there are times when some wildlife/critters will come inside (usually spiders/flies) we usually find them by the windows. Our home is equipped with exterior cameras for security and safety. HOUSE RULES: *We love furry family members but due to severe pet allergies, we do not allow pets. *No open flames or smoking of any kind anywhere in the house or anywhere on the property at any time. Please do not vape in the house. *Toilet paper only in the toilets-septic system *Do not climb trees. *No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays (STRICTLY ENFORCED.
