About this cabin rental
Situated in Strawberry, this attractive cabin for $146 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Nestled between Pine Town Center with its many restaurants, breweries, and the National Forest, our half acre lot and spacious back deck have provided us many hours of entertainment, memories and enjoyment watching a plethora of bird species, elk, white tail deer, and more. Our newly remodeled cabin has been in the family since 1983, a Pine original with a fabulous and secluded feel considering it’s a half mile walk to Pine Center! Meticulously upgraded over the years we have everything we hope you’ll need including Wi-Fi, gas BBQ grill, new appliances, fire pit, 3 TV’s (including on deck); great room with a gas fireplace and cozy couches, and your furry children (spayed & neutered dogs only please) are welcome! The deck and small adjacent yard is fenced so the dogs can enjoy the outdoors with you as well. We have super comfortable beds with new linens, perfect weekend getaway for couples, friends or a family. We are within minutes of fabulous local natural monuments, hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. Less than 15 minutes from the Tonto Natural Bridge, a hour from Sedona, and many other northern Arizona sites. If you are a traveler from out of state, or out of the United States, this base camp is perfect as your home away from home! Great vibes, down to earth, feel your spirit and most importantly experience Arizona’s High Country in total homey comfort! Come, stay, relax, and enjoy!

Perfect getaway spot, everything we needed was provided. We had lots of extra quilts and blankets for snuggling by the fire. Having 4 total beds was nice for the restless sleeper too. We saw a large herd of elk, deer, and a wild pig. The neighborhood is great for walking and very quiet. We didnt hear a thing over New Years Eve. Loved this cabin.

We have stayed a few places in Pine, and this is our new favorite. The place was clean, check in easy, check out was simple, host was responsive, and we found everything we needed to cook a few meals.
We saw many elk and deer from the back covered deck, and a group of 15 or so elk on our morning walk. For dog owners, the little fenced area makes it so nice to allow the pups to be off leash while we were on the deck.
Very close to a store and the Pineview Trailhead, where we were able to do a few easy hikes with the dogs.
I highly recommend this place, and we will be back for sure!

Beautiful location in the pines, yet conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the large back patio and getting to see elk and white tail deer. We had a great time staying here.

The weather was perfect, cooler than Mesa but not too cold. Enjoyed seeing all the deer and elk around the neighborhood.

Loved staying here, was a little surprised that the room of the kitchen didn't have a door, however, we made it work.

We were looking for a nice place to stay to escape the heat of the valley. We sure found it. This cabin offers a nice place to relax and enjoy the tall pines and bountiful wildlife. We enjoyed the layout of the cabin, with comfortable bed and furniture. The best part was the covered deck in the back, where we sat and watched the elk, deer, and enjoyed the rainy evening. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Our host was very attentive and helpful. Thank you so much for offering your beautiful cabin and we hope to return for another visit!!

We went for a quick weekend trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday . Everything was perfect, house was clean and well stalked with anything we needed , like dishes, towels, etc.. very cozy! I thought it was nice in the pictures and when we got there we were so excited with how nice it really was ! We had some family who rented their own place down the way and who came to hang out on the outside sitting area with us and we all enjoyed the nature and the animals . Thank you for hosting us! We hope to be able to stay again soon .

This place exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, the pictures are exactly what you get. It was clean, easy to use and find everything we needed. The owner responds and communicates right away. Quiet little area not too far from a nice hike. The patio is wonderful & the kids had a blast!

Relaxing getaway
Relaxing getaway with great nature and tall Pines. The cabin was very clean and the back deck was amazing. And you can’t beat the cool weather.

Nice place with everything you need
It has a great stocked kitchen which I appreciated since I cooked a lot. Nice big back porch to play games on or drink coffee or beverage. Saw tons of elk come through and even a pack of javalinas. Deer and bunnies rounded out the stay.

Relaxing and cozy
We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway over Father's day weekend and it was just perfect! The house was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. There was an afternoon storm while we were there and it was so relaxing to sit out on the back porch and listen to the rain. We also loved watching the deer and elk that would wonder through. We would definitely stay again.

What a gem of a property. The owners are incredibly thoughtful and it shows with having things like flashlights and all the kitchen essentials ready for you. Very clean and accommodating. The elk came through often which was such a nice treat. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy. Instructions clear and the hostess very responsive. The house is well furnished and comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Elk and deer each day as well as other wildlife visited. The piano needs tuning Lol. I'd stay here again.
