Situated in Frankfort, this lovely cottage for $220 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during 2019-2020! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It's in a nicely quiet and safe location, but still close to downtown and the beach. The cottage has window A/C installed during the summer months. It does not have central A/C. The cottage is walking distance from the fun and excitement of downtown Frankfort and its shops, cafes, and restaurants. It also walking distance (about 1 mile) from Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan. It is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from Crystal Mountain Resort (to the southeast), 10 minutes from Crystal Lake (to the northeast), 30 minutes from the start of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore (to the north), and about 60 minutes from downtown Traverse City (to the east). The cottage is really in an exceptional location to experience all that Northern Michigan has to offer! Guest have complete access to the entire property except for a storage closet and the storage shed in the backyard. There is some limited public transportation via the Benzie Bus, but it is recommended that guests have their own vehicle.

We recently stayed at the property after a last minute decision to ski at Crystal Mountain for a few days. Home was very clean and close to downtown.

Never heard of this town. But the town is adorable. The rental was perfect. 3minutes from main part of town. Loved the set-up of the bedrooms upstairs. The whole town had Hocus Pocus vibes which were perfect for the fall season.

The neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. It’s close to the beach and town. The cottage has everything we needed. We only used the downstairs but the upstairs was super nice too. Just be aware that the steps are super steep. We would love to stay again. Thanks.

This was a cozy little house perfect for 2. It was a great location away from the main road so was quieter. We had a daily visit from a deer that had her doe in the brush.It was such a beautiful town and the beach was amazing. The views of the lighthouse and beach were nice. The house has everything you need except central air and firewood. We had the heat on the first night and than the air conditioner the rest of the time. Most places dont have air so it is a plus!

Loved it! Walk to everything, eats, stores, but in a quiet end of town. Betsie Valley Trail. Hannah our property manager was fabulous, very professional and helpful. We’ll be back!

We were in Frankfort to scout out some properties and restaurants for our son’s wedding in the Fall. This was a great location to downtown and the beach. Nice little house. 4 adults shared 1 bathroom which was fine. We would stay there again.

Great and convenient. Key pad is a little tricky -- We had it mastered after the first evening. Very quiet and cozy, great walk to the business district. Close drive to many attractions.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that a shower mat would have been appreciated because the shower stall floor was very slippery.

This is a great little place just minutes away from downtown Frankfort. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and was very well kept and cozy. We really enjoy the Frankfort community especially during the winter as it is close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and a number of hiking trails. When in the area, will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the house between Christmas and New Years - leaving before the weekend. There had been a recent snow before we arrived and the deck had been cleared for us before we arrived. So grateful! The house was charming, everything we needed for a nice reset before the New year!

This was exactly what we needed! The house was the perfect size for our family of 4+dog. The location was excellent with just a quick walk to downtown Frankfurt or the beach or a short drive to Interlochen and all the dunes. Communication with the property manager was easy and we always got a quick response. We would highly recommend this to anyone. It was super clean and cozy!! We would love to go back.

This was a nice location for exploring the Traverse City and surrounding area. We stayed prior to the holiday during the week and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house has been remodled and is decorated nicely. We never saw anyone in person, which was strange, but we are new to renting this way. The only real complaint was that the house wasn't real clean, which with the cleaning fees charged, we feel it could have been better. We definitely would return again thank you!

The house was exactly as it's listed. No complaints. The weather was not good but we made the best of it. Please heed the warning about the stairs! My daughter fell down the last 4. She was not injured. I would definitely recommend this rental property.

Loved my stay here in February! The place is super charming & centrally located. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware & appliances, which definitely came in handy for meals in on cold nights. Would stay again & definitely recommend to anyone interested in a visit to Frankfort!

The house was cleaner than any other rental we have booked. It is cozy. The only downside is there are only 3 dining chairs and very small dining table. Good location within walking distance to downtown and the beach and close to Sleeping Bear.

This home feels bigger than it looks from the outside. Everything was very clean and in working condition (other than the Keurig, but another coffee maker was provided). Beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep! No complaints and would definitely stay again if in the area.
