This home has an AMAZING outdoor pool area to entertain with outdoor kitchen, firepit, and waterfall! sleeps 10 and is just minutes from Laughlin Casinos/ Colorado River! BBQ and hangout with family and friends after a long day boating/jet skiing on river or take a 5 minute UBER to the Laughlin Casinos for a night of gambling, dinner, or dancing...whatever catches your fancy!

I will start by saying that this property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was clean. We enjoyed the pool and the backyard. Overall our stay here was fine but the accommodations were misrepresented by the posted photos. The photos of the living room show a couch, love seat and chair. When we arrived there was only one small couch with room for 3 people. Our trip was to meet up and visit with family so this did not meet our needs. Also just to warn people the bedroom listed as 2 full size beds is bunk beds. Typically this is mentioned in the description but not in this case. This arrangement is not ideal for adults. Had I known these things it may have affected my decision to choose this property. I did send a message upon check in about the need to update the listing to accurately reflect the living room furniture but never received a response. The owner did leave a phone number in an earlier message but this was not something I felt necessitated a phone call.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect to get a small family united for a get together.
My experience was slightly inconvenienced because the house was listed as a 4 bedroom when it’s actually a 3 bedroom.
My feedback to this property owner is to do a little TLC on the house.
The fridge isn’t cooling great and there are some things on the house that need some attention. Would be happy to provide additional private feedback to reach a 4 or 5 star rating.
