If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged. * NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house. * NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property. * PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway.
