This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house (all bedrooms upstairs) has a total of 7 beds and one couch bed and can sleep 8 guests very comfortably! The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have a full-size bed and a twin-size bed in each room. Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants. NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house. NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property. PARKING- Space for maximum of 4 cars. 2 Parked inside garage and 2 parked on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors driveways or streeside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
