Very convenient location for Serdika metro station, which connects to a lot of places in the centre of Sofia.
I stayed in an economy room and found it perfectly adequate for a short stay - a good sized firm but comfortable bed, a decent shower in the bathroom, a good sized desk area in the room and some shelves for storing a few things.
One little suggestion to improve the experience might be an extra hook or two and a couple of hangers to be able to at least hang a shirt and pair of trousers.
Overall, I felt the room was good value for the price and worked well.I would certainly stay again, particularly if I needed to be close to the metro for an early flight.

Location was excellent! Right next to Central market and within walking distance to all the sights. Room was spacious and comfortable. Overall great value for the price but it’s a low frills hotel.

The hotel has the most wonderful location to a decent price. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms could use some touching up (they were kinda noisy and had chalk stains and such), but nothing downright disgusting. All the facilities worked and I can’t stress enough how nice it is with free water in the reception. Overall I would 100% recommend staying at introvert hotel, if going on a budget!
