I always feel very comfortable and like I am at home whenever I check in to this hotel in Rasah. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Jeeva and the Malay lady at the counter. They always make me feel welcome.
The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like that they provide a boiler with coffee and tea facilities, and also the extra peanuts, which is a nice little touch that I really enjoyed. There is also a water dispenser at the lobby, which is very convenient for guests.
The only downside is that there is no remote control for the air conditioner. At night, when it gets too cold, you need to get up from the bed to switch it off manually.
The location is very convenient, with restaurants and a laundry shop just beside the hotel.
