The check-in was fast and easy. The room was small but comfortable. The mattresses were just right. They have a guest entrance separate from main entrance, instead of going through the main reception lobby. You open this door to go up to rooms using an electronic pass card. Great for security. Bathrooms were clean and equipped with good shower gel and hand wash. As far as facilities, it's limited to hot and cold water dispenser in the corridor outside the room and an iron at the landing area. There were mugs in the room but you have to bring whatever you want to drink. The hotel is surrounded by a large number of restaurants with choices for all Malaysians and wallets. A convenience store few shops away.
The room was a little too cramped if you want to spend all your time in the room. One lamp had no switch. We could not turn it on. Amazingly came on when a pillow accidentally knocked it; had to sleep with towel over it as there was no switch.
