Habitaciones de buen tamaño y su baño amplio. La ubicación es excelente. Visita en familia, descansamos bastante bien, la camas excelentes.

Hotel was amazing! Accurate and even better than pictures shown! Staff was amazing and so kind and informative of where to eat around the area.
There was no perfume or "hotel smell". Beds and bedding was comfortable.

テオティワカンで翌朝の気球に乗るため、値段が高すぎず、ちょうど良いホテルを探しましたが、なかなか見つからず、最終的にはこのホテルをお試しで予約してみました。
ホテルの場所は気球の集合場所まで10分程度だったので、立地はよかったです。またホテルの方の対応はスピーディーでした。
駐車場は、ホテルの地下にあり、昇降機で地下に降ります。
地下は車が5台程度停められるスペースがありますが、狭いため車を傷つけないよう、運転に十分注意する必要があります。
また、ホテルの部屋は普通でしたが、最初扉の鍵の掛け方が分かりませんでした。
内側から鍵を閉めた後に扉を閉めると、鍵が掛かります。
またトイレットペーパーは無く、部屋に置いてあるティッシュボックスも残り僅かでした。
フロントまで降りて、またはワッツアップで連絡すると、トイレットペーパーをすぐに持ってきてもらえましたので、サービスは良かったですが、事前の部屋のゲスト受け入れ準備が不足しているように感じました。
