Instalaciones nuevas y cómodas, buena cafetería con buenos desayunos, el personal amable y atento, contestan rapido por WhatsApp si ya no estan presentes.
Almohadas muy duras y altas.

Everything was great. We arrived at night and the self-check-in details we received worked perfectly. The staff was very nice. Our room was spacious and equipped with even more amenities than we needed, including very good AC. It was quiet. It took about 25 to 30 minutes to walk to the centre. (By the way, Google Maps is really inaccurate for walking routes in Malta!) Finally, the room included a very helpful list of important local info, like the location of the nearest shop, which is very close.
The room faced another building, so there wasn't much of a view. However, this might have been for the best since we were away from the main road. It didn't really bother us anyway, as we were out exploring all day.

乾燥機付洗濯機があり、ベットの寝心地が良かったです。
バレッタ市内にも空港にもバスですぐ行ける場所でした。
スタッフは明るくコミュニケーションしてくれます。
ヘアドライヤーが部屋になく貸出をフロントで伝えなければ貰えません。16時以降になるとスタッフは帰宅されるので髪が濡れたまま寝るはめになりました。
シャワーから出た後の床に置くバスタオルはなく、シャワーの扉もないので洗面所の床が水浸しに。フロントで追加のタオルを申請し(清掃お願いのタグを扉にかけて)部屋に戻ると、初日に用意されていた身体用のバスタオルが1人2枚あったはずなのに、1枚ずつしか配置されておらず、洗面所に1枚タオルが置かれていて、追加ではなくなぜかタオルを減らされ困りました。
洗濯用洗剤は持参して下さい。フロントが帰る前に一度部屋をチェックし問題がないか確認してから外出してください！
チェックイン14時前に到着して清掃が終わるまで待たせてもらいましたが14時10分になっても清掃は終わっておらず、荷物を預けて出かけようとすると自分達で荷物を部屋まで持って行き、まだ私たちの部屋を清掃している人の前で荷物を置き出て行きました。
基本的に配慮にかけるなという印象ですが、慣れれば過ごしやすいホテルだと思います！
