Wonderful location. Relaxed and characterful
Only one bathroom with the only toilet in it. Management of the property was efficient but bordering on officious. The significant bond of $400 plus cc fee is deducted from your card a week before arrival and is only refunded a week after departure. Of the five properties we stayed in during our 2 week holiday, Experience Augusta was the only company that deducted a bond.

A combination of old meets new. Excellent location and views from the front porch are amazing. Very comfortably decorated. Excellent area and very quiet. The ability to hire e-bikes is a must as we never had a vehicle and we were able to visit all eateries and even cycled out to the Leeuwin light house which was awesome. The cycle/walkways in Augusta are top class and a credit to the town.
