The rooms are good, have stayed here before.

The bathroom needs a better clean, they need to use exit mould in and outside of the shower to remover the brown in the grout and mould around the bottom of the shower. Doesn’t take a lot of work and it would make such a difference, such a shame with a new bathroom not to keep it looking good. The other problem for me was the stairs, we stayed in room 14 before and I didn’t realise that our room would have been inside and upstairs, I have just had a brace off my knee and found the stairs hard work. Also it would have been great if you had the back door available rather than having to walk all the way around to the front door each time. Need more coat hangers, three is not enough, luckily I bought my own 😀

The room we booked on lone through booking.com was for a suite which had pictures of a kitchenette a lounge area bedroom and bathroom. What we received on arrival was just a normal hotel room.

I did not like the fact that everything was not made clear upon booking.com. Deceptive advertising even aside from the lower grade room being provided. There is not one person on site to meet you give you a key or provide any information. Upon arrival we received a message with al the codes!!!!! The area around the hotel is not necessarily safe......on arrival we parked out the front on the street, a local told us that our car would be stolen if we parked there overnight. We then understood why the car park is secured. Even so on the second day of our arrival - there were tradesman next store repairing damage tp the room. "someone had got in via those very secure front doors and trashed the room after the guest had left". We were asked by the person supervising the trade to make sure the doors are properly shut when we go out!. False advertising - obviously an unsafe area and not one staff member on site to advise guests.
