the room was not well prepared as we arrived.

The place was good and value for money. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall just outside. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and reliable internet.
The only issue was the elevator. During peak hours, the queue extended outside the lobby and it could take around 20 minutes to get a lift.

Well decked out flat and kitchen with appliances and equipment.
Well styled with almost too many lighting options.
Space efficient bathroom.
Comfortable bed.
Great natural light and view from the 17th floor.
Across the road from a mega mall.
Easy transport. Stepping outside will get you harassed by people wanting to help you get somewhere.
The pool appeared to never be open.
Annoying as this was a reason we picked the place.

The location is just in front of SM City Cebu, very accessible to all. Internet is working ok tho we’ve been disconnected many times.
The linens smell bad like it was never replaced after the last renters. The pull-out bed is dirty too. The exhaust fan sounds like it’s going to fall off anytime. Shower area not well maintained. :( Been trying to contact the property owner but most replies are delayed.
