The room was very quiet very peaceful also was right across the street from sm city mall in the owner help me out a lot he allowed me to stay extra days waiting on my pension check the clear i didn't have money for food and he also got me food i think this is a perfect place to stay because if you get in a bind the owner will help you like he helped me. He is a blessing 🙏

The room is super cozy, clean, and spacious for 2 guests. I liked that there was a free gallon of water for us, it saved us from buying water. I also liked how the hosts accommodated our request of two blankets. There was also a bathroom rug! Its a first from our many stays in Sunvida Tower. Also, the view from the terrace is just chefs kiss.
We expected checkout at 2pm but the hosts rules are until 11am only. Didn't affect much of our stay, I respect their rules as they also have to clean the room for the guests after us. I just suggest they put it in their page so the guests will be aware of the 11am checkout rule and not the rule by booking.com.

The location was excellent, just across from SM City Cebu, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and had basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth, and the overall value for money was good.
The elevators were often slow and crowded, especially during peak hours. The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, and he doorknob on the bathroom door was broken. If possible, the air conditioner should be adjusted because it wasn't cooling well during my stay. There were also mosquitoes in the room.
